Especially helpful in my relationship with my boyfriend

I use Waffle with my partner so we have the chance to communicate about things we otherwise wouldn’t be able to for various reasons.

It has improved communication between my partner and me. I also have my own personal journal I use when I am upset and need to write and reflect. Whether there is an issue we are having or we simply want to share something with each other, making an entry into our shared journal is something we do. We get caught up in the day-to-day stuff and don't always have time to text or call about everything. With a shared journal, we can communicate as we have time, rather than not communicate at all.
