I try to write down my thoughts when they pop in my head. Sometimes every other day, Sometimes daily or several times a day. It helps me calm down. I can write down then read it and make sense of my feelings. I'm hoping my husband will start using it as well to help us communicate better.
It helps me by venting. I don't have anyone to vent to so Waffle it is! I worry alot so by writing it down and then rereading what I read, I realized that I was worried about nothing.
That I often cause more problems in my relationship than needed just by my own thoughts. I think it will help other if they do this too.
